Anirudh holds over three years of experience, as on April 2019 in imparting training and in manufacturing skills. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) in 2014, he started on his first job at BSDU as a trainer in welding department in the field of welding and fabrication. He then moved to the machining department because of his interests in machining technologies. He actively participated in designing the course curriculum for this school. During his on the job training, he gathered hands on experience in wide range of manufacturing techniques. At BSDU, in his initial days of training, he was closely working with the Swiss Trainers and Project Managers. He learnt from them in maintaining high quality and precision standards in manufacturing of components. He is constantly working on a quality and economic training in the field of manufacturing for his students. Anirudh’s contribution to this University and the School is highly acknowledged. He has put his best efforts in designing course curriculum, setting up workshops, implementing new techniques in training, representing the organization at regional and national level competitions in different India- skill programs. Anirudh has handled and completed every task with perfection to the best. He also has a strong fascination in automotive engineering and keeps up to Date with current technologies.
Technical expertise of Anirudh lies in the design and manufacturing of mechanical components. His core competencies include conventional and CNC-based machining, process planning and control, 7-axis CNC lathe, 5-axis CNC milling machine, part programming in CNC, process optimization together with a sound knowledge in pneumatics and electropneumatics. He also has a good understanding of using design based software such as AutoCad and Solid Works to model simple and complex mechanical parts and components.
