Bhagwan is an experienced trainer with the School of Metal Construction Skills. Prior to the formation of this school, he was associated as a trainer in the School of Manufacturing Skills of the University. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rajasthan Technical University (RTU).

He has wide welding experience in working with different class of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron and copper. He specializes in techniques such as shielded metal arc, metal inert and active gas, tungsten inert gas, oxy-acetylene and resistance spot welding. He also has good hands experience on brazing. He maintains high standards by conducting thorough inspections of welds and ensuring adherence to superior quality controls while maintaining high safety standards. Bhagwan also has good hands on experience and skills in using CNC plasma cutter, sheet metal shearing, notching and bending machine for sheet metal work. He has outstanding knowledge of design and use of software, blueprint reading, and mathematical abilities. He is looking forward to make welding an easy, effective and fascinating specialization in the metal construction field
