Col. Raj Kumar has received his M. Tech from IIT Bombay and B. Tech from college of Military Engineering, Pune. He has done his B.Sc. from Ramjas College, DU. He served in Indian Army, Corps of Signals for 22 years handling latest State of the Art technologies including Electronic Counter measures and Electronic Counter Counter measures. He was instrumental in developing various hardware and software for the Army. He introduced VOIP in the Army. Thereafter he has served in organisations like HCL, Airtel and Tata DOCOMO for 14 Years in the capacity of Chief Technology Officer. He left Tata Teleservices Ltd. In 2016 as, Senior Vice President (Technology) and Chief Network Operations Officer. He also Worked as Chief Technology Officer with Globacom, Nigeria. During his corporate service, he has handled 2G, 3G and LTE Technology Planning, Projects and Operations.

His specialization is in the area of Telecom, Embedded Hardware and Software, Antenna design,Planning, Installation and operations of large scale IT and Telecom networks.
