Koshal is a trainer cum teaching assistant with the School of Metal Construction Skills. Koshal is a graduate Mechanical Engineer. After obtaining his Bachelors degree from Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), he joined BSDU as a trainee specializing in manufacturing skills with special emphasis on both conventional and CNC machining processes. This training was intensive focused towards gathering hands on experience in machining and using software for part programming and designing. He was also trained on sheet metal fabrication processes before joining as a trainer at BSDU. His job profile includes complex sheet metal work with a good knowledge of welding techniques.

His primary specialization includes using different conventional and CNC based machining processes for manufacturing of components. His current expertise lies in Welding & Sheet metal construction integrated with the knowledge of using CAD-CAM software like Solidworks, MasterCam.
