Rachit Tiwari is a graduate from Rajasthan Technical University. He is working for almost 6 years as Sr. Trainer in school of manufacturing skills in BSDU. He commenced giving training at BSDU in 2016. He is passionate about the potential of manufacturing technology to enhance learning among students, outlining methods for including technology in traditional assessments, including developing product design and producing them. His goal is to create a learning environment that blends best practice manufacturing information with real-life manufacturing experiences shared through his stories and training materials. His strong points are his positive attitude, dedication and commitment to his students. He has served as a Jury of CNC Milling at India Skills Competition, 2018 and he has also contributed towards the preparation of the students for India Skills Competition. He also actively participated in preparing documents like drawings, curriculums, training plan, qualification packages. He worked on several industrial and academic projects of national and international standards. He provided on-the job training to engineers and practitioners from different industries who attend different training programs organized in BSDU. His enthusiasm and vibrancy endear him to his students.
There are two major areas on which Rachit is working for almost 10 years to grow his expertise, which are Manufacturing and Designing. He always worked as a quick learner and while learning, he strengthens his expertise on the machines like CNC 3-axis and 5-axis Milling machine, Injection Moulding, Cylindrical and Surface grinding machine and as a bonus he also gained expertise on a renowned machine of quality inspection, which is Coordinate Measuring Machine.
