Dr. Rajdeep Deb earned his Ph.D. in Material Science from Assam University, Silchar. Post the doctoral work he joined LCMRC, University of Colorado, Boulder, USA as an Exchange Awardee. His career in higher education started with NIT-Silchar followed by Educomp Raffles Higher Education Ltd and Symbiosis Indore.

Dr. Deb has a varied background that includes Startup Mentoring, Online Branding, Teaching with Technology, Corporate Relations and Community Outreach. Much of his current work builds on in the area of entrepreneurship education and startup branding. As a qualified faculty of the NEN Entrepreneurship Educators Program he successfully trained many students in WF-100 and WF-101 courses and curated many startups. His interest in web technology led his work towards the development of various EdTech tools through ICT to raise the adaptation of technology integration in teaching–learning.

His other big passion includes photomicrography that earned him recognition from Nikon Small World USA, European Microscopy Society (EMS), Royal Microscopical Society UK, ILCS, to name few.
