Vinay Verma has over 11 years of experience in Operations and academics. After graduating from Punjab Technical University (RTU) in Hospitality Management, he took up his first job in Oberoi Jaipur, where he worked in the field of Accommodation operation/Housekeeping operations. Vinay Verma is currently a Senior trainer II in School of Hospitality and Tourism Skills. He was active in designing the course curriculum for this Department. At BSDU, he closely worked with the Swiss Trainers and Project Managers in the past. Having experience working in core Indian companies and knowledge of Swiss standards, he presents a nice synthesis of the two that is required for skill-based training.

Vinay Verma expertise lies in the field of Accommodation operation. His core competence includes Room Making, Guest complaint Handling, Inventory, Cost controlling and quality inspection. He also has cruise certificate which expands the knowledge of Hospitality Industry.
